No, it is impossible. Registration terms are regulated by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 152 dated May 7, 2014, which provides for registration terms no later than 20 or 7 working days, and up to 3, 10 working days, or 3 months in some cases.
