From what age can you issue a passport of a citizen of Ukraine to travel abroad?
Every citizen of Ukraine has the right to obtain a passport of a citizen of Ukraine to travel abroad. Such a passport can be issued from birth.
Children’s international passports under the age of 16 are issued upon submission of a consent application by one of the parents or a legal representative.
From the age of 16, an «adult» foreign passport is issued, there is no need for the consent or presence of parents.
